Long Island Express

The Long Island Express Select Lacrosse Club offers highly competitive student-athletes the opportunity to strive for their personal bests within a select program. They were founded under the principal that active participation on a competitive team, combined with good coaching provides student-athletes the opportunity to develop lifetime skills such as leadership, teamwork and good sportsmanship. A List has worked extensively with students in this club to achieve great academic success to go along with their athletic success. A-List’s SAT and college preparation has helped many Long Island Express student-athletes to gain admittance into the colleges and universities of their choice over the last two years.
