On Saturday, September 27th, we went to the Natural History Museum for a photo scavenger hunt! Arriving at the museum, we split into two groups. Each group was provided with a sealed list, a packet of clues, and a camera to “collect” pictures of all the items on the list. Extra points were awarded for funny or interesting pictures, and points were deducted for using too many clues. Highlights included visiting the Dzanga-Sangha rain forest, finding a real dragon, and seeing the biggest animal to ever live in the earth. The scholars were particularly excited to find out that dinosaurs, like elephants, actually have two brain, one in their heads and one at the base of their spines. We finished, exhausted from the hunt, at Jackson Hole for burgers!
