A-List Education is seeking a part-time Program Manager for our Boston location. This role will oversee the day-to-day operations of our Direct Instruction and Individual Tutoring programs. In addition to managing the programs, it is a plus if the candidate can teach group classes and private tutoring, as needed.
A-List runs approximately 10-15 school programs in Boston public schools during the academic year in which we provide SAT / ACT test preparation classes. The Program Manager is responsible for being the primary contact with the schools in coordinating and managing the programs, managing existing and hiring new teachers for the program, and managing data related to the programs. It is a plus if the Program Manager can teach classes, if needed. The role would suit a person that has an educational background and project management experience as well as an interest in helping grow a company by ensuring everything runs extremely smoothly. If the person is interested in teaching some classes, training is provided for SAT/ACT instruction, customized to fit A-List’s curriculum.
