FINAL MOCK SAT/ACT TESTING OPPORTUNITY
FOR THE 2015/2016 SCHOOL YEAR
SATURDAY, MAY 14TH THS CAFETERIA & CLASSROOMS
The HSA is offering one final opportunity to take a Mock SAT or ACT test on Saturday, May 14th. This time, students may sign up to take either the newly designed SAT or ACT on the same day (both tests will be given at the same time in separate rooms). Both tests will begin at 10am and be over around 2pm; students should arrive at 9:45AM equipped with pencils, calculator and water/snacks.
The test is being administered by A-List-Education, a well-established test preparation company–the first with which the HSA has partnered to arrange a practice test at Tenafly High School. Parents/Students will be advised of test results within a few days, and A-List will host a parent discussion at the HSA meeting on Thursday, May 19th at 7pm to discuss what the scores mean along with general information about the exams and their trends. They do not intend to discuss individual test results at the meeting, but will speak with parents following the discussion if they have specific questions.
Please register your child for the test by Friday, May 6th by completing the attached registration form (linked to below) and sending it to the THS office (19 Columbus Drive, Tenafly, NJ 07670, Attn: H.S.A) along with a check for $25 made payable to “THS HSA.”
Please help spread the word, so we can ensure sufficient participation! Thank you!
