Alice graduated Phi Beta Kappa from Emory University with a B.S. in biology and a minor in dance. During her time at Emory, she sought every opportunity possible in both the sciences and the arts, working in the Neuroplasticity Research Laboratory at the Emory Rehabilitation Hospital and choreographing and performing for the Emory Dance Company. It was this determination which led her to graduate as a one of Emory’s Graduating Women of Excellence, a member of the Omicron Delta Kappa Honor Society, and a recipient of a project grant from Emory’s Center for Creativity and Arts.

Alice first discovered her passion for sharing knowledge while teaching students in the Dominican Republic. During college, she worked for various tutoring companies in Atlanta, writing academic blog posts and providing one-on-one instruction in subjects ranging from expository writing to organic chemistry and calculus.

Now living in New York pursuing her love of dance, Alice is ecstatic to continue working in a field that inspires students to excel, grow, and transform. Her creative and analytical approach to tutoring establishes an environment for students in which learning is valued and sought after. In the few hours of the day where she is not dancing or tutoring, Alice enjoys embarking on culinary adventures and drinking exceptional coffee.

“Alice is a warmhearted and caring teacher. She really took the time to help me understand the material. Because of Alice’s incredible help I was able to increase my SAT score by over 100 points. I definitely recommend Alice!”
