Ellen Keeley graduated from Davidson College, a top 10 liberal arts college, with a dual degree in Economics and French & Francophone Studies. While at Davidson, Ellen served as a college tour guide through the Admissions Office, speaking with people in possibly vulnerable positions and catering tours to the needs of prospective students and their parents. She tutored students in various levels of math and SAT prep in high school and continued mentoring students as a French Assistant Teacher at Davidson. She enjoys working with students to help them understand how they think and how they can succeed.

She spent an academic year living and studying in Tours, France, which sparked her love for international travel and exploration. While immersed in the language, she became conversationally proficient in French and developed a love of the language and culture. In her personal college decision process, the study abroad programs were key, as well as small class sizes and close student-teacher relationships. Outside of academics, Ellen enjoys baking breads and tasty treats, watching theatrical performances, and solving Sudoku puzzles.
