SAT Test Dates and Registration Deadlines

Please see below for important information regarding the new SAT test dates and registration deadlines.

SAT Test Dates are important, be sure you don’t miss the deadline! To help you prepare for the exam, we provide SAT Tutoring. The College Board recently announced some major changes to SAT test dates that will have a significant impact on how international students should schedule their tests. A-List clients should review their testing schedule with their tutor or advisor.

Students can now take the SAT in October, December, March (2018 onwards) and May.

Students can take the SAT Subject Tests in October, November, December, May and June.​ See here for more information on the SAT Subject Tests.

Notes on Changes to SAT Dates

June – SAT Subject Tests only. If you have already registered for the June SAT exam, please contact College Board right away.

August – NEW US test date for SAT & SAT Subject Tests, NOT offered outside the US.

November – SAT Subject Tests only. Students applying Early Action/Decision must now take their final SAT by October. These students may be able to take the SAT Subject Tests in November if permitted by their target universities for Early applications.

January – NO LONGER OFFERED. Seniors (Upper 6th/Year 13) should plan to take their final SAT exam in December or earlier in the year.

March (2018 onwards) – NEW date, SAT only.

Note that there have been no changes to the October, December and May tests when both the SAT and the Subject Tests are offered.
